​Please note that products do not include shipping costs and is for the account of the client.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.

  • No returns on International orders.

  • Claims for any shortages must be made within 3 (three) days of receipt of goods.

  • Any exchanges made, the new product will be booked out once the incorrect product has been received and will be credited after collection.

  • We do not accept used/worn products for credit, the product will be repaired and returned to you at your cost.

  • Necessary paperwork to be included with returns in order for credit and returns be dealt with correctly.

  • No special instructions that change the original form of our products.
